Strawberry Frozen Yogurt (in 5 min)
On a hot summer day, this strawberry frozen yogurt is heaven. It only takes 4 ingredients, and a couple of minutes, then you have this delicious treat.

I love frozen yogurt because it’s so easy to make. No cooking is needed, and besides the strawberries, I always have the ingredients: Sugar, yogurt, lemon, and strawberries. I recommend using whole-milk yogurt, but it can work with low-fat as well.
I also like to use frozen strawberries, because lets face it – the strawberry season is not that long and the rest of the year you’ll have to buy frozen berries anyway. But don’t get me wrong – doing strawberry season I go for fresh berries.

This frozen yogurt is easy to make and it only takes 4 ingredients and 5 minutes. A perfect treat on a summer day.

Ingredients
- 1 lb strawberries, frozen
- 1/2 cup white granulated sugar
- 1 cup plain whole-milk yogurt
- 1 tsp lemon juice
Instructions
- Add yogurt, sugar, lemon juice and strawberries to your blender or food processor (in that order).
- Blend until smooth.
- Transfer to storage container or serve right away.
Notes
- Strawberries – You can also use fresh strawberries. But be prepared to use your ice cream maker and/or freeze your frozen yogurt to get the right consistency.
- Seeds – If you don’t like the seeds, press the mixture through a mesh strainer.
